SALES AGREEMENT

The seller warrants that the above described puppy is in good health at the time buyer assumes ownership. Seller guarantees puppy to be pet quality, not show or breeding quality. Seller cannot guarantee in a young puppy color, weight, and size.

Your little one will have been seen by a licensed veterinarian and will be up to date on all shots and worming. You will receive a Florida Health Certificate and record with puppy recording shots, worming's, etc. Please have your puppy checked by a licensed veterinarian within twenty-four (24) hours of arrival and send seller a copy of the examination (medical record) within two (3) business days of receiving your puppy. Failure to do so will void seller's health guarantee. The puppy examination must be performed by a licensed veterinarian. Your puppy will come with up-to-date, age-appropriate vaccinations, so make sure you do not vaccinate within the first ten days of receiving your puppy.

Seller guarantees your puppy for up to, and no longer than, one (1) year against major genetic defects, effecting the heart, liver, kidneys and lungs. If the examining licensed veterinarian concludes that the puppy has a serious genetic illness, the seller must be notified and proper documentation provided to the seller by the licensed veterinarian. If the puppy dies within the one year guarantee time frame, you must pay to have autopsy and results made available to sellers' veterinarian. The genetic issues not covered by sellers include the following: umbilical or inguinal hernia, undescended testicles of any kind, loose patella, enlarged liver due to hypoglycemia, and under or overbite. Seller does not cover any parasites. Puppies are dewormed and given medication for any parasites that may be present. However, it is possible that a parasite could survive and further treatment may be necessary. In this case, it is your responsibility to obtain this treatment from a licensed veterinarian. Your new puppy is guaranteed against viral diseases up to seventy-two (72) hours after leaving seller premises. The puppy MUST be examined by a licensed veterinarian within twenty-four (24) hours for this guarantee to be valid and seller MUST be mailed a copy of the examination (medical record) within two (3) business days of your receiving puppy. It is your responsibility to follow up with seller to make sure copy of the examination (medical record) was received. Seller does not cover Hypoglycemia, low blood sugar, because this can be triggered from the stress of a new environment. Small breed puppies are easily susceptible to this. Seller does not cover Coccidia, bacterial infections, or any other condition or illness that is not genetic after your veterinarian well checks the puppy under any condition. This guarantee does not include the following: Hypoglycemia, Colds/Upper Respiratory Infection, Coccidia, Giardia, and Other Minor Illnesses. It is not unusual for the stress of changing homes to cause an outbreak of Coccidia. Seller will in no way be liable for any of the above conditions. If the puppy is to be replaced, you must pay for charges of shipping the puppy back to seller and all charges shipping your replacement puppy back to you. For guarantee and protection of all concerned parties, you must have a licensed veterinarian examine the puppy within twenty-four (24) hours of purchase. If a licensed veterinarian declares puppy is in unacceptable health, the puppy must be returned to seller immediately after the exam and a written statement from the licensed veterinarian is required. Seller will gladly exchange for another puppy. However, we do not give back cash refunds and another puppy might not be available until another whelping takes place, which could be around one (1) year of time. Under no circumstances may a puppy be euthanized, if so, the contract is void...period! If the puppy is not examined by a licensed veterinarian within twenty-four (24) hours of delivery, no exchange will be offered and guarantee will be voided. The seller will assume no responsibility for this puppy after leaving the seller's premises for any medical expense, death, allergies, training difficulties, behavior issues, airlines issues, etc. Failure to provide your puppy with timely inoculations and/or regular veterinary care will void this guarantee. 

 We do not guarantee a puppy for breeding or showing purposes. In order for us to hold a puppy for you, you will need to make a $300.00 deposit that will be applied to the purchase price of your puppy, but is non-refundable should you change your mind for any reason. If your puppy is ready for shipment payment must be paid in full one week prior to shipment. For payments we do accept Paypal payment prior to shipping or pick-up and we accept cash only at time of pick up for any balances owed.

This agreement is a binding contract in the state of Florida and is the entire agreement between the buyer and seller concerning the health conditions and/or loss of this puppy. The provisions of this warranty shall be interpreted and construed in accordance with laws and statues of the State of Florida. The venue for any litigation concerning this warranty will be limited to St. Johns County, Florida under a non-jury proceeding. Buyer will be responsible for all court cost and/or lawyer fees incurred by the buyer and seller. This warranty is only good for the original owner of the new puppy. Buyer will be responsible for all court cost and/or lawyer fees incurred by the buyer and seller.

No puppy shall be sold until the buyer agrees they have read the entire agreement and has signed the contract. By signing of contract buyer agrees to have read agreement in its entirety. This contract is only good for the original owner of the new puppy.
